Thank you for the opportunity to assist you with your Real Estate needs.  Please allow me to introduce myself and to tell you a little bit about how I became interested in Real Estate and about myself.  I retired from the United States Navy, where I proudly served for 21 years.  I retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, Surface Warfare.  I have been married to my lovely wife for 25 years, we have two wonderful children and six beautiful grand children.
My interest in Real Estate started when I purchased my first home. I was fortunate enough to have a great Realtor helping me through the process.  From that point on I have always used the services of a Realtor. I have bought and sold homes, built a new home (used a Realtor there too), and have purchased and improved land.
The guidance, support and expertise, I received from using a Realtor, was priceless.  The process of buying or selling can be stressful, intimidating and emotional.  Please allow me to give you the  highest quality professional assistance with the sale or purchase of your home.  I promise to give you my best advise, and honest opinion at all times.
I am a graduate of  Real Estate, Sales Associate School in Jacksonville, FL.  I am a licensed Sales Associate through the State of Florida.  I am a member of the North East Florida Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors and the Multiple listings Service.  I am proud to be associated with such a great organizations and I hope you will be just as impressed with the service I offer you.

Thank You,
Michael Butler
